Welcome to Brisbane Yoga Therapy!

I'm Genevieve, the heart behind this space, and I'm delighted to share a bit about my journey and what we represent. My mission is straightforward—to make the practice of yoga and meditation accessible to all abilities and levels. I meet you where you are, providing a compassionate and supportive environment.

As a certified Yoga and Meditation Therapist, my journey includes training in Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kids Yoga, and Yoga and Meditation Therapy. I've also explored trauma-informed teaching, yoga for pain management, gut health, the food-mood connection, and yoga for relationships, among other areas.

Yoga has been a transformative force in my life, shaping my perspectives and daily practices. Beyond my yogic journey, I find joy in various sports and activities, from my early years in ice hockey to coaching gymnastics for 15 years, practicing martial arts, golfing, and engaging in gym workouts.

Becoming a mom to two incredible twin girls, one with Down syndrome, has added profound purpose to my life. Our family adventures in camping and travel light up our days. This personal journey fuels my commitment to making yoga accessible to individuals of all abilities.

Additionally, if you're an NDIS participant, we can assist you with incorporating Yoga and Meditation Therapy sessions into your NDIS package. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment where every client can embark on a journey towards improved strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, as well as reduced stress, anxiety, and depression. Our aim is to help you achieve your health and wellness goals while enhancing your overall wellbeing.
